Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that moving plans can change. Because each reservation sets aside totes, equipment, and a delivery time specifically for the customer, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

 

Cancellations 7 or More Days Before Delivery

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

 

Cancellations 3–6 Days Before Delivery

Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled delivery date may receive either:

• A refund minus a $50 fee, or

• A credit for the full amount paid toward a future rental with Twin Cities Moving Bins.

   

Cancellations Less Than 72 Hours Before Delivery

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a cash refund. The amount paid may be applied as a credit toward a future rental, subject to availability.

 

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time, including same-day cancellations or situations where the customer is unavailable to receive delivery, are non-refundable and are not eligible for rental credit.

 

Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their delivery one time without a rescheduling fee when at least 72 hours' notice is provided. Rescheduled dates are subject to tote and equipment availability.

Changes requested within 72 hours of delivery will be handled based on availability and may be treated as a cancellation.

 

After Delivery

Once totes or rental equipment have been delivered, rental payments are non-refundable. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for:

• Early returns

• Unused totes or equipment

• Changes to moving plans

• Customers who decide they no longer need the full rental period

   

Customers may request an extension of their rental period at the applicable extension rate.

 

Weather, Emergencies & Special Circumstances

Twin Cities Rental Bins understands that unexpected situations can happen. Severe weather, emergencies, or other unusual circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Twin Cities Rental Bins reserves the right to offer a refund, rental credit, or rescheduled delivery when appropriate.

 

Cancellations by Twin Cities Rental Bins

If Twin Cities Rental Bins is unable to fulfill a reservation and an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, the customer will receive a full refund of the affected rental charges.
