Twin Cities Rental Bins — RENTAL AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all rented totes and equipment from delivery until pickup is completed. All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.
DAMAGE, LOSS, OR NON-RETURN:
If equipment is damages upon pick-up OR not returned within 30 days of delivery and no extension is arranged, customer is subject to replacement costs.
You authorize Twin Cities Moving Bins to charge your card for replacement costs:
Replacement costs:
• Tote (bin + lid): $14 each
• Tote Dolly: $22
Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the card used at checkout.
Returned items after charges may be refunded at our discretion.
PICK-UP READINESS
All totes must be empty, accessible, and ready for pickup by 10am on the last day of the reservation. If they are not ready for pick up when we arrive, the card on file will automatically be charge for a 1 week extension (fees described below) + a $10 trip fee. If you need more time, please let us know to avoid the trip fee.
RENTAL EXTENSIONS
If you need additional time with your bin order, please let us know and we will accommodate as best we can but an extension is subject to availability.
• 20 totes: $49 per extra week
• 30 totes: $59 per extra week
• 40 totes: $69 per extra week
Inclusive of any tote dollies included in the order
If you need more time, just let us know before your reservation expires.
PROPER USE
Totes may NOT be used for:
• Hazardous materials
• Liquids without proper sealing
• Illegal or damaging contents
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You use the totes and equipment at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twin Cities Rental Bins is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from or related to your use of the rented equipment, including during loading, hauling, moving, or storage. You are responsible for using the equipment safely and for how it is used by anyone you allow to use it. This section does not apply to any liability that cannot be waived under applicable law.
CONDITION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All items are delivered clean and in usable condition.
CHANGES / EXTENSIONS
Contact us before your scheduled delivery date if you need to make a change to your reservation. Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold Twin Cities Rental Bins and all representatives acting on behalf of the company harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the equipment or your breach of this agreement.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement stays in full effect.
